FCBC Taiwan Short Term Missions Trip

This summer, First Chinese Baptist Church will be sending a short term missions trip to Taiwan from July 22 to August 4, 2026. 

We are partnering with Taiwan Harvest 119 (taiwanharvest119.com), an organization dedicated to reaching the small towns along Taiwan’s west coast. This region is home to over 3 million people, yet it remains one of the least reached areas for the Gospel in Taiwan.

We will be serving as a part of two evangelistic summer sports camps for children in Huwei and Beigang, near Chiayi, Taiwan.  Along with sports, we will be leading children's activities, sharing BIble stories, leading music, and other ministry opportunities as they are available.

We are a team of 8 members - Pastor Tim, Judy, Joshua and Lydia Liu, Nathan Wang, Elijah Wang, Raymond Mulford and Robinson Chen.  For most of our team members this will be their first experience being part of a short term missions team.  

We would like to ask you to please pray for us as we prepare to go and during the time we are away.  Please pray that the hearts of the children would be open to the stories and love we share.  Please pray for our team to have smooth travel, effective communication despite language barriers, and good health in the humid Taiwan summer.  

We also invite you to prayerfully consider being a part of our sending team with a donation to support this trip. We will each need to raise $2500 each by June 22 in order to go to cover the cost of travel, housing, and food.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
